Once the liquid screed has been poured, it is important for the floor to be sanded before you lay your final flooring where adhesive will be required. After the screed has gone hard, a layer of laitance will form , this is part of the drying process. Sanding the floor will leave a nice clean smooth surface for the final flooring to be laid without the risk of your tiles lifting.
